Dekopon Orange (Citrus reticulata), the generic name is shiranuhi or shiranui (不知火). Dekopon is characterized by its sweet taste, large size, and large protruding bulge at the top of the fruit. Dekopon oranges have an average diameter of 8-10 cm and have rather thick skin but can still be peeled showing a bright orange to yellow-orange hue. The meat also has a firm but soft meat consistency, tender, juicy and delicious. The seeds in dekopon oranges are only around 2-3%, therefore the price of the seeds is very expensive on the market. Dekopon only has around 2-3% seeds, therefore the price of the seeds will be quite expensive
